Essex Masters 2019
The first big event of the year is upon us and we shot this on the first day (Monday) and we could not have asked for better weather, warm and sunny all day with very little wind.
For me this event is equally about the social side of the event and well as the competitive side. It is good to shoot a round with some good friends and have a laugh at the same time.

I shot a steady 81 on the red course and was shooting well on the black course despite droppping 6 of my last 12 targets to finish on a 85. I finished with a 166 / 200 which is my best score on the Essex and finished the day second in class. I think it goes to prove that Scott Barnetts patience with me is begining to pay off and brings me a little closer to my goal for the year of getting into A class.
